If you’ve ever found yourself staring at an inbox with 47 unread emails—mostly from people asking for things they already have, or people who haven’t sent you things they definitely should have—we’re going to be great friends.
My name is Christian Spoerl. I’m the founder of BuyerFlo, and I’ll be honest:
We built this platform because I’m an introvert who is physically incapable of “chasing” people without dying a little bit inside.
There is a specific kind of professional misery involved in the real estate shuffle. You are the heartbeat of the deal. You are the person who actually knows where the documents are, when the deadlines hit, and why the whole thing is currently stalling. But instead of managing the transaction, you’re spending 65% of your day acting as a high-priced, stressed-out messenger.
You’re a Transaction Coordinator, not an assistant.
You’re the one holding the deal together. Why are you spending your time playing “email tag”?
We’re building BuyerFlo in the open because I don’t believe in “black box” software. You know the kind—the stuff that promises to solve all your problems but actually just adds three new login passwords and a mandatory 45-minute training webinar.
We aren’t that.
We want to take the grunt work—the manual follow-ups, the redundant status requests, the “did you see my email?” ping-pong—and automate it.
Not because we want to replace your expertise with a bot, but because we think you should be doing the high-level work you’re actually paid for: closing deals, solving complex problems, and maybe, just maybe, finishing your day before 8:00 PM.
What does “Building in the Open” mean for you?
It means I’m going to tell you what we’re building, why we’re building it, and how it works. You aren’t just a user; you’re a founding member. If something is confusing, tell me. If you hate a feature, tell me. If you think the whole thing is a disaster, please, tell me—I’m an introvert, I’m used to avoiding confrontation, but I promise I’ll actually listen.
So, welcome to the experiment. We’re glad you’re here.
And don’t worry, the site is designed to handle the “chase” so you can get back to your life.
